Statutory Sick Pay Calculator

This calculator works out how much Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) you are entitled to for 2025/26. Enter your weekly earnings, your usual working days, and how many days you have been off sick.

The first 3 days of any sickness are unpaid waiting days. SSP pays a flat weekly rate of £118.75 from the 4th day onwards, for up to 28 weeks.

You need to earn at least £125 a week on average to qualify.
