The first 6 weeks are paid at 90% of your earnings with no cap. The remaining 33 weeks are paid at whichever is lower: the flat rate of £187.18 a week, or 90% of your earnings.

You need at least 26 weeks of continuous employment and average weekly earnings of £125 or more to qualify.
